Content Creator (Part-time/Freelance)
Job Description:
Intern (3-4 days per week), Hybrid (in-office and remote)
Nous is seeking a dynamic, engaged and motivated Content Creator to join our team for a three-month internship, with the possibility of being hired full-time. The ideal candidate will have a combination of creativity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling. During the internship, you will develop strong communication abilities and teamwork-building skills as you work with various team members.
Role & Responsibilities:
Produce content for social media
Storyboarding and managing high-quality photo/video social media content (posts, short videos, reels, stories) and web content,
developing content strategies and helping perform market analysis, as well as harvesting Instagram trending video ideas.Pitch ideas and work closely with the marketing team to identify the latest trends and track the performance of campaigns.
Rich understanding of social media trends and the latest apps including Xiaohongshu, Douyin/Tiktok, Instagram etc.
Plan and edit high-quality and engaging short-form videos and still posts.
Leverage current social media trends, including visuals, catchy captions, transitions and audio in the content you create.
Requirements:
Detail-oriented and social media savvy.
A curated collection of Reels, Stories, and Post ideas.
Time Management: the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Understanding of Content-Creating Apps and how to create trending content for social media.
Currently undergoing or completing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field are welcome.
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
