Their brief was to highlight Modena’s appeal to singles, couples, and small families, with a strong emphasis on its pet-friendly environment. We provided a full-scope service that included concept development, storyboarding, casting, space decoration, prop sourcing, art design, production, and post-production. Throughout, we worked closely with the Frasers team to ensure their brand values were clearly communicated.

Our brand video for Modena by Fraser

Our creative idea featured three main characters: a young professional, a young couple, and their dogs. We designed and decorated the spaces to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflected Modena’s community feel. The story revolves around shared moments between neighbours and a pot luck dinner, using pets as the link to showcase connection and inclusiveness.

The shoot took place over two days in Shenzhen. Our responsibilities included location scouting, art direction, decorating rooms, sourcing props, coordinating talent and animal actors, and managing all logistics. The entire process, from initial concept to project delivery, was completed in about two months.
